As far as i understand, Photoshop CC officially supports right-to-left languages (Middle eastern versions). But, Indesign and Illustrator still have a separate version: the only way I’ve found to download a working trial was by downloading the “creative cloud” installer, change preferences -> apps -> app language from “English (International)” to “English תומך עברית” and then to install the desired application.
