So I'm happy to offer the first freebie of this kind on there, and also feel it offers a nice balance between realism and efficiency (with just over 10,500 quads). Most of the time it took to create this one was figuring out how to efficiently optimize the topology, without sacrificing detail (I wanted the seams and folds modeled in).
