Rk3026 Tablet Firmware

Okay, I used Gasoline and a tooth brush to scrub both sides of the board and used an electric heater to blow dry it ( I don't have a heat gun). Unfortunately, this did not change anything. When I boot the tablet up normally, it gets stuck at the RCA Logo screen. I can boot into stock recovery, and do a factory reset, when the reset is complete, I select reboot, and then it just gets stuck at the Logo screen again.

Thanks for all your help so far, this is my Daughters Tablet and if I can't fix it, I will have to buy her a new one for Christmas.
