We consider some files version updated via installing these updates, so the new version file doesn’t support to run the program. Because you install so many updates, it is hard to determine which updates and which file in updates cause it. However, have you tried run the program as administrator to test? In addition to that, you can check compatibility in system and choose lower system version in Compatibility Mode to run the program.
