Hi, I have 3 7911G Cisco phones that are unable to reset. I need to install «cmterm-7911_7906-sccp.9-1-1SR1» firmware. I use tftpd32 and this is my setting (I tried 3 differents versions of the utility and 2 differents procedures for this).

I've tried to follow the links you provide, but i did not find an exact guide for that model 7911, there were many suggestions, but none of them solved my case. The last test i tried was this one in this link: and i used the files on download here: (on the same link is this suggesition) but now i'm totally in trouble. After one factory reset i did by pressing # during boot, and then 123456789*0#, the ip phone did not upgrade to firmware i tried, and now nothing is shown in its display. THe phone pickup ip address (192.168.2.210), i could ping it from the computer that has tftp server and serves as dhcp server also, but nothing i could do with that. I could not access the phone from webpage, and when i try to reset it again with: option a. pressing # during boot, and then 123456789*0#, option b. # key till the extension lights blink amberthen press *# ( i found on this link: it is the same situation.

The zip file contains all the files required for the phone to be able to upgrade it's firmware.
